IRI Men's Taekwondo Team stood on the 3rd place at the end of Word Taekwondo Championships2017

At the end of 23rd World taekwondo Championships, IRI Men's Taekwondo Team got the 3rd place.

23rd world taekwondo championships ended in Muju- Korea on July 9th 2017 and 973 taekwondo athletes from 183 countries participated in the mentioned even.

At the end of above championships, in male category, South Korea with 3 gold, 1 bronze and 67 points got the champion, Russia with 1 gold, 3 silver, 1 bronze and 62 points achieved the second place and Iran with 2 silver and 1 bronze and 46 points obtained the third place.

Meanwhile, in women's category, Kimia Alizade made a history and got the first Taekwondo silver medal in female category.
